I thought I was going to love this , but the smell was so overpowering . It was supposed to feel calming and aromatherapy-like , but to me it came across more like a really strong herbal perfume . After a little while it actually gave me a headache , so I had to wash it off . Even then , I could still smell it lingering . I’m sure some people enjoy scents like this , but it definitely wasn’t relaxing for me . Disappointing overall .

I used this stuff for weeks hoping it would actually help, but my face still felt dry the whole time. For something acting like a skin savior, it really didn’t leave my skin feeling nourished at all

I really wanted to love Annmarie Gianni because I’m usually drawn to more natural skincare, but this just didn’t work for my skin. After about a week, I started getting little bumps on my chin and forehead, and my face felt a bit greasy. I’m definitely acne-prone, so I may be more sensitive than some people, but once I stopped using it, my skin started calming down again. Not something I’d personally recommend if you break out easily.

I gave it a fair try, but I didn’t notice any results at all. At this point I’m kind of tired of signing up for things, following the steps, waiting it out, and still ending up disappointed. Maybe it works for some people, but it definitely didn’t work for me.

I ordered from annmariegianni.com the product itself seems nice, but the way it arrived was disappointing. One of the bottles had leaked all over the box because the pump was loose, and there wasn’t much protection inside besides some paper that was already soaked by the time I opened it.
Just a heads up to anyone thinking about ordering: check everything right away and take photos before cleaning it up. For the price, I really expected better packaging, and it was frustrating having to wipe everything down before I could even use it. Customer service did ask for pictures, but the whole thing still felt like a hassle. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they ship it.

I used the serum and cream for a few weeks, i didn’t see much of a difference. My lines pretty much look the Same. My skin felt okay, nothing bad happened, but for the Price I was really expecting more. I don’t think I’d buy it again

I emailed customer service twice about my order and never got an actual response, which was really frustrating. I just felt totally ignored. What made it even more annoying was how pushy the reminder emails were, like they had no problem chasing me with messages but couldn’t be bothered to reply when I needed help. Not really what I expected, i probably won’t order again

I was expecting the ingredients to feel a bit higher quality. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, it came across as basic and not really worth it to me.

I don’t know if it’s the formula or what, but this did not absorb well for me at all. It felt thick and a little gritty going on, and then it just kind of sat on my face forever. My skin ended up feeling sticky instead of soft, which was annoying. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

The shipping process was frustrating. After I placed my order, it felt like it just sat there for days without any real update or explanation. The tracking information barely changed the whole time, so I kept checking it and still had no idea what was actually going on. The delivery ended up arriving late, and I had to email customer service twice just to get a basic response about the status. I don’t mind waiting a little if I know what’s happening, but the lack of communication made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

I really wanted to like the Annmarie Gianni products because I was hoping they’d be a nice fit for my routine, but my skin had other plans. After just a couple of uses, my cheeks got red and bumpy, and they felt kind of itchy too.
Maybe it’s great for someone else, but for me personally, it just didn’t work. I stopped using it quickly because I’m not going to keep putting something on my face when my skin is clearly upset

I was surprised by the price!! For the amount you actually get, it just feels way too high. I wanted to like it, but it doesn’t really seem worth it to me...
